Today in the Deli

Each day, the Co+op Deli prepares a delicious spread on our Hot Bar, free of additives like artificial ingredients and colorants, for our customers. We follow a schedule that keeps the Hot bar exciting day after day.

 
 

Monday - Indian day

Traditional Indian food is built from the similar flavor foundations, like curry and masala. But, dishes vary widely between different regions.


Tuesday - International Day

The best of the best from all over the world! On International Day, our chefs explore all of the great flavors that make food at the co-op so unique. Regular menu items include Shepard’s Pie, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Steamed Veggies and Coconut Rice. Menu is subject to change.


Wednesday - American Day

American cuisine to us means comfort food! Think backyard barbecues and dinner at Grandma’s house. Regular menu items include Barbecue Chicken, Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Dinner Rolls, Mac & Cheese. Menu items change regularly.


Thursday - Italian Day

Italian cuisine offers an abundance of taste, while being one of the most favored and replicated cuisines across the world. Regular menu items include Meatballs and Red Sauce, Spaghetti, Cheese Ravioli Creamy Mushroom Sauce, Spinach Lasagna, Roasted Vegetables, and Chicken Marsala. Menu is subject to change.


Friday - Latin Day

Latin America is a highly diverse area of land whose nations have varying cuisines. Regular menu items include Barbacoa, Quesadillas, Yellow Rice, Pan Fried Vegetables. A fan favorite is our Taco Days! We’ll often turn our hot bar into a DIY Street Taco station to start your weekend off right!


Saturday - Asian Day

Asian cuisine is diverse and often feels like comfort food for many of us. Staples of asian cuisine include rice, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, chilies, dried onions, soy, and tofu.


Sunday - Chef’s Choice
