Board of Directors
Roanoke Co+op's Board of Directors is comprised of ten co-op owners who are elected by the general ownership and serve a four-year term. Any co-op owner can run for a board position during the annual election.
Guided by a set of policy guidelines and Roanoke Co+op's Ends Statements, the board works closely with the General Manager, who provides the group with regular reports on store operations. Board Meetings
All co-op owners are invited to attend monthly board meetings. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 5:30 PM at the CoLab and online via Webex. The board reserves time to hear from owners who wish to address the board during every meeting.
