CHANGE! for our Community

One of the ways we give back to our community is by facilitating donations from our customers at our registers to organizations that share our commitment to a healthy community and share our co-op's Ends.

Our preferences are for nonprofits located in the communities served by Roanoke Co+op in Roanoke and Southwest Virginia.

At Roanoke Co+op's discretion, the recipient calendar may be preempted to raise emergency or disaster relief funds.

An Organization may be a CHANGE! recipient once per year.

Applications are currently being accepted year round. Applications for 2024 are due by November 15, 2023. A committee comprised of co-op staff members and board members will review the applications and announce the 2024 CHANGE! recipients for the "round up" program. That announcement will be made before January 1, 2024.
