Life can be so hectic we end up running through our day in a blur! Join Alex Watkins of Queenpin Acupuncture in slowing down by learning three meditation techniques to calm the mind, balance the nervous system and reduce stress. These techniques are rooted both in tradition and scientific study, showing the many benefits of a meditation practice. These techniques use the breath as their support, making it easy and accessible for even the busiest lifestyle. We will also discuss mindfulness stress-reduction techniques to work into your day.
